What does this PR do?

• Update pressed styles for navbar buttons
• Added mod+B shortcut for home; navigates to/from home
• Mod+B on the homepage navigates to the most recent tab
• Tooltips are unstyled, they were updated in #31882 (not merged yet)

How did you verify your code works?

• Ran the app locally and verified the updated UI manually
• Ran type checks locally (bun turbo typecheck)
