As per title, I have tried to improve the
AGENTS.mddocument to address some of the problematics I see relative to slopped PRs and reviews. I am unsure whether this is concretely of any help, as it seems like a scotch tape solution to a sinking ship, but maybe it will slop the water intake somewhat.
