Confluence api_version not specified results in 1.0#1672

When I create a ConfluenceServer object without specifying the api_version, the URLs generated for the REST API have "/rest/api/1.0" in them and that results in a 404. Specifying "latest" for the api_version parameter fixes this.
I'm using atlassian-python-api version 5.0.2 with Confluence Data Center version 10.2.15.

Note that I'm not using atlassian-python-api 5.0.4 due to the bug #1668
