Task

  • Refs atls/infrastructure#1588
  • Update ReactJS to released Raijin 1.1.0 and Yarn 4.18.0 for the shared workspace publisher. Align existing package sources with the current checks; let Raijin infer version decisions after merge

How to test

Main scenario

  1. Run CI=true yarn install --immutable --inline-builds and yarn check --verify; expect immutable installation, formatting, lint, typecheck, unit and integration checks to pass
  2. Run yarn workspaces foreach --since=origin/master -t --no-private run build; expect all nine changed public packages to build
  3. Run yarn release version infer --dry-run; expect patch for each of the nine changed packages. Applying those decisions in a disposable run must update package versions and applicable workspace ranges through Yarn

Additional scenario

  1. After Infrastructure PR #1600 applies the shared caller, merge this PR and inspect the publish run. Expect the nine patch versions selected by Yarn, matching npm packages and GitHub Releases
  2. Confirm the old .mjs Raijin bundles are absent and the checked-in yarn.js matches the released asset

Proof

  • The checked-in yarn.js matches the Raijin 1.1.0 release asset SHA-256 70cc9cd3583ffa73a2533911d6412517d7f52b3fd2bac860ea9b868d0319d89a
  • Removed the unused root @atls/code-runtime dependency and its sole ambient type reference; regenerated lock/PnP files contain no code-runtime. Raijin migrated the three legacy Git hooks while preserving their commands. Ordinary yarn install --immutable --inline-builds and a commit with active hooks passed.
  • CI=true yarn install --immutable --inline-builds, yarn check --verify (10 unit tests and one integration test), and builds of all nine public workspaces passed locally
  • Raijin dry-run inferred nine patch decisions. A temporary Yarn version-apply dry-run showed the next versions: 0.0.10, five 0.1.1 packages, 0.2.1, 1.0.4 and 0.1.48; the temporary decision file was removed so the shared workflow will infer after merge
  • Package changes are formatting and removal of unnecessary assertions plus equivalent optional chaining. No package version or dependency range was edited by hand
