Python 1.1.4 is available on PyPI. Replace prepublication wording with the verified pip install 'atomicmemory==1.1.4' command and record the release date.

Validation: the Trusted Publishing workflow succeeded, and 76 tools/example tests pass against a fresh registry install (three inapplicable parameter combinations skipped). This includes the separate-process save/recall example through a controlled HTTP fixture; hosted persistence and actual engine correction remain unverified.
