Reviewed and approved by @phipag. Patch bump within aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials v6.x. Single bugfix (kubelet token symlink), unrelated to this repo's OIDC role-assume usage. SHA 99214aa6889fcddfa57764031d71add364327e59 verified to match the v6.1.3 tag. Clean diff across build-docs.yml, check-e2e.yml, release.yml.
