docs(style): fix button-white text color for light mode

What changed? Why?

The .button-white CTA button style (used on the Builders and Creators pages) forced white button text in both light and dark mode. In light mode this produced white-on-light-gray text with poor contrast.

• Light mode: button text is now black.
• Dark mode: button text stays white (unchanged).

• This is a pure CSS fix, isolated from the pending Builder Stack rename PR (docs(get-started): rebrand Base Services Hub to Builder Stack #1988), so it can ship independently and fix the issue live on https://docs.base.org/get-started/builders sooner.

How has it been tested?

• npm test (85 tests passed)
• node scripts/lint-mdx.js (0 errors)
• Verified locally with mintlify dev.
