Summary
This release makes the current source API installable from PyPI, including CliProfile, register_record_schema, and CommandFilterNormalizer. The follow-up Base dependency update is tracked in basefoundry/base#1851 and should land only after this version is published.
Validation
After merge, create tag v0.2.0 and run the protected Package workflow to publish the reviewed artifacts.
