Update command reference for version 1.1.3

• Regenerate command reference docs for Astra CLI version 1.1.3.
  • Removes collapsibles and replaces them with H3 headings. See draft: https://d5rxiv0do0q3v.cloudfront.net/astra-cli-v1.1.3/astra-cli/commands/astra-db-create.html
  • NOTE: Ideally there would be a blank line between the H3 and the body content in the adoc source. This does not affect how the adoc is processed or rendered in HTML, but it does make the adoc harder to read and may affect migration portability. In addition, the H3 headings use title case instead of sentence case (Common Options vs Common options) because they are derived from the text that appears in the CLI (which uses title case). Kavin knows about these items and plans to fix them in a future update to the CLI docgen code.
