Moved GUIX Studio Windows builds to VS2022 and dropped VS2019 files. Added PerMonitorV2 DPI awareness and scaled MFC panes, dialogs, and toolbar assets. Updated branding to Eclipse ThreadX and cleaned VS2022 build warnings. Co-authored-by: Codex (OpenAI GPT-5.5) <codex@openai.com>
