2.1 went stable today (FFF #449). Once update.sh moves the stable tag to 2.1.x, every DLC_SPACE_AGE=false server will hit #616 (recycler stays enabled, clients without Space Age get a mod mismatch). docker-dlc.sh on master still only toggles elevated-rails quality space-age. Could this be merged before the stable bump?

+1, facing the same issue on my server, and I can't even downgrade the docker image because the server refuses to boot because the map was updated and it fails with the message:

0.583 Error ServerMultiplayerManager.cpp:84: MultiplayerManager failed: "Map version 2.1.23-2 cannot be loaded because it is higher than the game version (2.0.77-0)."

Could this be merged? A lot of people without the DLC cannot play because of it
