This commit updates the Android Gradle configuration: * Bumps the Android Gradle Plugin version from 7.3.0 to 8.9.1. * Upgrades the Kotlin Android plugin version from 1.7.10 to 2.1.0. * Updates the Gradle wrapper distribution from version 7.6.3 to 8.11.1.
