chore(seer-slack): Update Slack Docs for Seer changes#17465

Rename "Seer Explorer" to "Seer Agent" in the Slack integration docs, and restructure the user-facing Slack page to add a dedicated Seer Agent section covering mentions, thread context, and agent panel usage.
