Bump the desktop version to 0.0.18 for the requested signed Canary release from current main.

Includes queued-message visibility (#193), the modal top offset (#196), versioned GitHub releases with signed DMGs (#198 / #197), and the host/hosting-service move support already present in 0.0.17 (#194). Draft #160 is not included.

Validation: bun install --frozen-lockfile, bun types, bun run ci, and git diff --check passed. After merge, dispatch the signed Canary workflow with publishing enabled, then verify the GitHub release, attached DMG, and Sparkle feed.

Related: #7.

Canary 0.0.18 shipped successfully from b5280e4: CI run, GitHub release and DMG.

Signing, notarization, GitHub publication, and Sparkle feed publication all passed. Downloaded GitHub and R2 DMGs match the signed CI manifest; the public feed matches the signed CI feed. Local stapled-ticket validation and Gatekeeper accepted the GitHub DMG as Notarized Developer ID.
