The native publication guard can expose READY before the selected path tree is resolvable. Before committing the native head, resolve the prepared path tree and require its tree hash to match the selected ref. If the child tree is missing or mismatched, the transaction fails and publication/outbox rows roll back, leaving the head non-ready.

Adds a regression test covering a deleted /project child tree. This branch is based on the merged typed projection writer so the real MST2 commit-update benchmark can exercise both the readiness guard and projection evidence sink.

Validation: cargo +nightly fmt --all -- --check; git diff --check. Linux repository gates are required for merge.
