Summary

Bumps two CI pins flagged by tools/bin/check-versions.sh --verbose:

Alpine 3.20 → 3.22

Alpine 3.20 reached EOL on 2026-04-01 with no security support. Per the repo's pinning policy (mirrors the Node prebuild pin), a release past EOL is upgraded to the oldest still-supported release, which is alpine3.22 (supported until 2027-05-01).

  • .github/workflows/ci.yml — ALPINE_VARIANT: 'alpine3.22'
  • memory-bank/build-system.md — documented value kept in sync

Electron 44 → 45

Electron 45 is the newest major (latest 45.2.3). Bumps the default electron_version input and its fallbacks in the Test Electron package workflow.

  • .github/workflows/test-electron-package.yml — default: '45' (both workflow_call and workflow_dispatch inputs), job-name fallback, and npm install --save-dev electron@… fallback

Motivation

Alpine variant alpine3.20 → alpine3.22 ⚠ EOL 2026-04-01, no security support
Electron 44 → 45 ⚠ newer major available (latest: 45.2.3)

Notes

  • No source/lib changes — CI pin bumps only.
  • Memory-bank build-system.md updated to keep docs in sync (per the project's UMB routine).

Alpine 3.20 reached EOL on 2026-04-01 with no security support; bump
the musl Docker build variant to alpine3.22 (supported until 2027-05-01),
the oldest currently supported release per endoflife.date.

Electron 44 is superseded by Electron 45 (latest 45.2.3); bump the
default electron_version in the Test Electron package workflow and its
fallbacks from 44 to 45.

Also update memory-bank/build-system.md to reflect the new ALPINE_VARIANT.
