The wrapper passes `update_mode:` to `patch_dataset`, which google-apis-bigquery_v2 first accepts in 0.88.0. The old `~> 0.71` floor let Bundler resolve 0.71 through 0.87, which fail at runtime with `ArgumentError: unknown keyword: :update_mode`. Refs googleapis#36610
