Summary

Updated iTriangle for compatibility with the latest iFloat, iShape, and iOverlay APIs.

• Adopted the new OverlayInt bound.
• Replaced reserve_capacity with Vec::reserve.
• Renamed wide() calls to to_wide().
• Updated the dependency to iOverlay 8.0.0.
• Adapted tests to the new integer API.
