Document that compiler.extends can be an array #62915
I'll create a PR to update the documentation in the TypeScript-Website repository to reflect that the extends field can accept an array of configuration files. This feature was implemented in PR #50403 and merged in TypeScript 4.9, but the documentation at https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#extends needs to be updated.
The documentation update will clarify that extends can be either a string or an array of strings, with later configurations overriding earlier ones.

packages/tsconfig-reference/copy/en/options/extends.md:Open:

extends(TS 5.0) TypeScript-Website#3572The docs at https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#extends still describe
extendsas a string only.
