Hey @copilot, looks like this PR is breaking a lot of the icon paths - could you please fix that?

If you see https://www.nuget.org/Content/gallery/img/default-package-icon.svg that should literally be a LAST resort, rewriting the existing icon paths should usually just be as simple as replacing the version number in the original path.

Fixed in 81cc45a. Restored 85 existing icon paths by updating the version number in the api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/ URL format, and gave 6 newly added packages the same URL pattern. The 10 packages that already had the default icon before this PR (e.g., Aspire.Hosting.CodeGeneration.*, Aspire.TypeSystem) are unchanged.
