lsh: missing extensions (#944), SQL highlighting (#942), YAML improvements (#946)

3 commits separes:

• enhancement: add missing common file extensions to language detection #944: C++ (.hh, .hxx, .ixx), F# (.fsscript), JSON (.jsonl, .ndjson), Markdown (.markdown), XML (dedup .xml + .xhtml)
• feat: add support for SQL syntax highlighting #942: nouveau sql.lsh (.sql) + blocs ```sql dans Markdown
• enhancement: improve YAML syntax highlighting #946: YAML .inf/.nan, 0x/0o/0b, single/double-quoted strings avec # dedans, tags !!str/!!int + valeur suivante

Verifie avec: cargo test -p lsh, cargo test -p edit --lib, cargo run -p lsh -- render --input crates/lsh/definitions
