Translate assistant group and robots.txt docs to es, fr, zh

Summary

• Translated the assistant group restructure (from Create assistant group #5411) into es, fr, and zh: created new assistant/index, assistant/configure, assistant/customize, and assistant/use pages in each language
• Deleted the old ai/assistant.mdx files from all three language subdirectories
• Updated all internal links from /ai/assistant to the new /assistant/* paths across ~15 files per language
• Updated docs.json navigation to replace the single ai/assistant entry with the new Assistant subgroup for each language section
• Translated robots.txt AI agent access check content (from Document robots.txt AI agent access check #5330) into guides/geo.mdx and optimize/seo.mdx for all three languages

Restructures the Assistant documentation in es, fr, and zh by replacing the single /ai/assistant page with a new Assistant subgroup (assistant/index, assistant/configure, assistant/customize, assistant/use) and updating docs.json navigation accordingly.
