Closing rather than merging.

@types/uuid v11 is a deprecated stub. Its own package metadata says: "This is a stub types definition. uuid provides its own type definitions, so you do not need this installed." It would also pull uuid@* as a transitive dev dependency.

This repo depends on uuid@^14.0.1 directly, which ships its own types (types: ./dist/index.d.ts).

Verified: deleting @types/uuid from devDependencies entirely and removing it from node_modules leaves npx tsc --noEmit passing clean. The dependency should be dropped, not bumped.
