Upgrade to Vite+ 1.0 preview and Vitest 5 (gpt-5.6-sol, high effort)

The project uses Vite+ 0.3 and Vitest 4. This change pins the Vite+ 1.0 preview and Vitest 5.0.1 in the pnpm catalog. It moves nine benchmarks to the Vitest 5 test context API. The test config uses the Vitest 5 clearMocks default. The preview registry resolves the pinned build.
