openmc.model.RectangularParallelepiped could automatically handle periodic surfaces #3966

I tried to make concentric cubes for a test case with openmc.model.RectangularParallelepiped. You are allowed to specify that the boundary_type is periodic, however, when you try to run, it complains
RuntimeError: Found at least three periodic surfaces without a specified partner.
Please specify the partner for each periodic surface.
Here's what the geometry looks like

Given that it's straightforward which surfaces get assigned and to which other surfaces they should be periodic, I could imagine us automatically setting the periodic surface partners if a user specifies this boundary_type

Make manual cubes and set their periodic surface (very tedious)
