Documents the new `adChoices` Prebid.js module, which reads the DAA AdChoices Signal (via the Protect My Choices extension postMessage protocol or a static config value) and conveys it in the OpenRTB bid stream as regs.ext.adchoices. Code PR: prebid/Prebid.js#15138

- MD060 (table-column-style): pad the table separator row with spaces to match the spaced data rows. - MD004 (ul-style): use asterisks for the "Related reading" list to match the document's list style.
