Adds the Organizer Kit partners overview (
/organize/partners/), the shared partner card/detail-page support, and the OpenProcessing ProfessorPlus partner page. This change adds a new Discover our Partners section to the Organizer Kit, including partner cards, hidden detail pages, and navigation support for published partner entries. It also updates the docs layout to support back links and heading logos, adds Butter as a sponsor logo, and refines sponsor/footer styling for the new partner content.
Split out of #237 so it can merge independently; Butter stays in #237 until its content is ready.
