Completes the eight untranslated entries in
locales/es/LC_MESSAGES/index.po, reviews the eleven fuzzy text entries and corrects inaccurate or outdated translations. In particular, the Spanish Hatch and nox links now point to the same destinations as the English source and the community discussion link points to GitHub Discussions.The draft was prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by Adrian, with his wording corrections incorporated. English source strings, existing attribution metadata and obsolete entries are preserved. This contribution covers the landing page catalogue only.

Validation:
The upstream
nox -s build-all-languages-testworkflow completed successfully for all seven languages. It reports eight cross-reference/glossary warnings in unchanged Japanese pages outside this contribution.
