When
--showlocalsis enabled, pytest displays function arguments both in the function-arguments block and in the locals output.This change omits the separate function-arguments block because the locals output already includes them.
Note: Default verbosity already truncates argument representations. This PR fixes duplicate argument display with
--showlocalsand leaves the intentional untruncated output under-vvvunchanged.Closes #5675.
