Holding off on merging for now — this is a major Tailwind 3 → 4 upgrade with breaking changes to configuration (the JS config file is replaced by a CSS-first @theme directive), which is why CI fails on this PR. Needs a dedicated migration pass (rewriting tailwind.config.js as CSS, updating import syntax in Styles/input.css, checking that all utilities we use still compile). Will revisit as a separate branch rather than auto-merge.

Closing for now. A Tailwind 4 migration will be done as a dedicated effort, not as a Dependabot auto-bump. Dependabot: please keep tailwindcss at 3.x for now — opening this again without manual migration will fail CI for the same reason.
