Instead of just adding this indicator maybe mention that this must happen after setting up the semaphore pipeline.

I agree. But on the other hand, the main painpoint of the ASG is that it cannot be followed in a linear matter.
It'd be nice if we could follow it step by step.

I automate the setup of dotenv-rails, which can probably be completely dropped in rails 8.2
