[Core] Rename accFromF to solveLinearSystem in BaseMass

The goals are:

1. Give a clearer name: the old name used abbreviation and symbols, and the new name is more generic.
2. Add the second parameter. Before in accFromF, f was implicit.

Similar to #6288, #6281 and #6291.
