Description

Upgrade stackable-operator to 0.114.0 and remove product-config related code.

Selected smoke tests passed:

PASS: kuttl/harness/smoke_airflow-3.2.2_openshift-false_executor-celery (237.29s)
PASS: kuttl/harness/smoke_airflow-3.2.2_openshift-false_executor-kubernetes (218.69s)
