The dashboard generator workflow broke, and I get a hundred notifications per day, since I was the last person to touch this dashboard.yml file. The dashboard is not used by anyone (well, it was on the decline years ago, when I left, so I assume it has no users). Deleting it will stop the superfluous workflow runs and all the notifications.
