* Fix psycopg v3 integer parameter type mismatch on PostgreSQL - Coerce task_id and guest task_id to integers in TasksMixIn, GuestsMixIn, and SamplesMixIn database layers to avoid psycopg v3 strict type binding crashes. - Modernize web/submission/urls.py from re_path to path() using <int:task_id> and <str:resubmit_hash> converters. - Add a robust unit test suite (test_id_coercion_robustness) in tests/test_database.py. * Modernize remaining select URL files (guac, compare, audit) to use path() converters - Convert all legacy re_path() occurrences in guac, compare, and audit url configurations to modern path() routing. - This enforces native integer parameters (int:task_id, int:left_id, int:right_id, etc.) at the HTTP router boundary.
