Pull request overview

This PR fixes the broken CI status badge in the README by updating it to reference the current GitHub Actions workflow file (test.yml), resolving issue #126.

Changes:

  • Updated the CI badge URL from the legacy workflow format (Node%20CI) to the current file-based format (workflows/test.yml)
  • Changed the badge display text from "Build Status" to "CI" to match the workflow name
  • Added a blank line after the badge for better formatting

Thanks for the fix, @shujanislam! 🙏

To let CI run with the required repository access, I've re-pushed your commit as an internal branch (with your authorship preserved) and opened #140 as a follow-up. Continuing the review there.

Closing this PR in favor of #140 — full credit for the change remains yours.
